Ty brings 12 years of professional to executive recruiting experience and has filled over 500 searches successfully. In addition to recruiting Ty served as CEO of a $25M start-up business that she and her husband built from the ground up. Ty holds a BA in Education from Ohio University.

Tim Borop

Tim has over 25 years of Recruiting experience and has filled over 500 professional to executive searches successfully. Prior to joining CRG Search Tim provided leadership to Management Recruiters International, Randstad, Experis, and Manpower. Tim holds a BS in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin –Whitewater where he played football.

Lisa Udell

Lisa brings over 18 years of Recruiting experience and has filled over 300 professional to executive searches. She is a multi-year performance MRINetwork Pacesetter (ranked Top 1% Nationally), Culture Ambassador, and Culture Award Recipient. Additionally, Lisa has been a National Talent Acquisition Trainer and is a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Administrator. 

Lisa is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers at the Veterans Home of Union Grove (WI), Halo, Love Inc., the Cops N Kids Reading Center, The Hospitality Center (WI), and Woof Gang Rescue, where she’s a Transport Driver and Foster Parent. 

Lisa attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where she majored in English.

Sarah Gabay

Prior to joining CRG Search, Sarah provided Talent Acquisition Leadership to Total Quality Logistics, an $8B Fortune 100 organization named Fortune’s “Best Places to Work.” Sarah was ranked a Top 1% National Recruiter out of 180 her first year, filled over 120 roles and was promoted three times. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music’s Ballet Program and was a Ballerina for the nationally acclaimed Cleveland Ballet.

Dana Kralovich

Dana brings 8 years of successful Operations and Administration experience to the team. Before joining CRG, Dana ran Operations for a Top 25 Nationally-Ranked CPA and Advisory Firm. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University.

Cierra Patterson

Cierra joins CRG with over three years of dynamic experience spanning across sales, recruiting, and operations. Her outstanding dedication and exceptional performance led to three promotions within two years at her former workplace. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Appalachian State University, Cierra’s deep understanding of human behavior enriches her ability to connect talent with opportunity.
