Meet Debbie Meyers, our Senior Director of Recruiting for our Information Technology team at CRG!
Hi, my name is Debbie Meyers and I am the Senior Director of our Information Technology recruiting team for both our Charlotte and our Triad offices. I’m so glad I came here. That’s the honest truth. I don’t know how to lie, so that really is honest.
We believe in over communicating, but that’s the only way to really keep everybody in the loop of everything that’s going on, especially because it’s two offices, and I can’t be in two places at the same time. We have a very strong recruiting team and both our Triad office as well as our Charlotte office, and we recruit for all different clients. Whether it’s Supply Chain, Grocery, Finance, you name it. We do it. That’s really great to see because a lot of companies just focus on certain areas, and at CRG we tend to focus on everything, which makes it a lot more challenging but also a lot more fun.
I would say that’s something that really drew me in. Obviously, I started during COVID when nobody was really in the office, but I could tell from all of our teams meetings and everything that we did virtually. Everybody likes to have fun. Everybody likes to goof off, and we can goof off but at the end of the day, we’re also here to help find people their dream jobs and make sure that our clients are getting exactly what they’re looking for. But if we can have fun while doing it, what’s better than that?
