1994 -2013
A glimpse of the first two decades of CRG
From its start in 1994, CRG’s journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to core values and relationship-building. Founder and current CEO, Tim Sessoms built the company on the principles encapsulated in the OTHERS-focused values – Outrageous Service, Teamwork, Honesty, Empathy, Resilience, and Servant Leadership. On CRG’s 20th year in business, Jason Heller joined the company as COO & Managing Partner. Heller brought with him a team from his previous firm, enhancing CRG’s capabilities and reinforcing its commitment to its core values and service excellence. This strategic move contributed significantly to CRG’s growth and ability to serve a broader range of clients while maintaining the integrity and focus on relationships that have been its hallmark since its start.
