John Binkley is the President and Founder of CRG Search. He has over 20 years of Executive Search experience, has been ranked a Top 1% Recruiter Nationally for over 15 years, and currently leads a team that has filled over 5,000 Executive Searches. In addition to Recruiting, John served in Leadership roles with Monsanto, Grainger & ADP. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication, a Master’s in Theology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership. Some of his philanthropic endeavors include Foster Care, the Wounded Warrior Project, Compassion International, Habitat for Humanity, and Samaritans Purse, to name a few.
Amanda Rutherford
Following a successful D1 collegiate swimming career, Amanda coached swimming at the National, International, and Olympic Level, where she received numerous awards. Amanda transitioned into Recruiting 5 years ago, quickly progressing to Project Manager, Manager, and then Director. Amanda integrates 10 years of Leadership, 6 Years of High-Performance coaching, and 5 Years of Recruiting into her role. She has successfully filled 500+ Searches and is ranked Top 1% nationally. Tim has over 25 years of Recruiting experience and has filled over 500 professional to executive searches successfully. Prior to joining CRG Search Tim provided leadership to Management Recruiters International, Randstad, Experis, and Manpower. Tim holds a BS in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin –Whitewater where he played football.
Ghali Asad
Prior to joining CRG Search, Ghali lead Cohmar Partners’ Professional Recruiting Service practice as a consistent top performer for the firm. Ghali brings 18 years of recruiting experience to the CRG Search team and has filled 600 professional to executive searches. Ghali holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Albany, SUNY, and a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music’s Ballet Program and was a Ballerina for the nationally acclaimed Cleveland Ballet.
Lisa Udell
Lisa brings over 18 years of Recruiting experience and has filled over 300 professional to executive searches. She is a multi-year performance MRINetwork Pacesetter (ranked Top 1% Nationally), Culture Ambassador, and Culture Award Recipient. Additionally, Lisa has been a National Talent Acquisition Trainer and is a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Administrator.
Lisa is passionate about giving back to the community. She volunteers at the Veterans Home of Union Grove (WI), Halo, Love Inc., the Cops N Kids Reading Center, The Hospitality Center (WI), and Woof Gang Rescue, where she’s a Transport Driver and Foster Parent.
